DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN LIMA

DAY 2: LIMA / CITY TOUR (B)

DAY 3: TRUJILLO: CHAN CHAN / HUACA DEL SOL Y LA LUNA Y HUANCHACO (B)

DAY 4: TRUJILLO / CHICLAYO: PIRÁMIDES DE TÚCUME Y MUSEO TUMBAS REALES (B)

Breakfast and then departure to Chiclayo (03 hrs approx). Reception and visit to the Tucume Pyramids Archaeological Complex, a valley that houses 26 adobe pyramids that bear witness to the most exceptional time of the Lambayeque culture, among them Huaca 1 and Huaca Larga. We will also visit the Site Museum where pottery from the same culture is exhibited. We will go up to Purgatorio hill (viewpoint) to appreciate the valley and the pyramids.

Later we will move to Lambayeque to visit the new and modern TUMBES REALES DE SIPAN MUSEUM, it has 10 exhibition rooms throughout its route, where you can appreciate the treasures of the Lord of Sipán and a large collection of objects of gold, silver and copper, as well as the treasures of the Lord of Sipan. Return to the Hotel.

Then transfer to the airport for your departure to the city of Lima, arrival and transfer to your respective accommodation. Overnight in Lima.

DAY 5: LIMA / AREQUIPA – WALKING CITY TOUR (B)

Breakfast, then transfer to the airport for your departure to the city of Arequipa, arrival and transfer to your respective accommodation.

In the afternoon, accompanied by an official guide, we will visit the historical center of the city of Arequipa on foot, appreciating beautiful samples of the architecture of Arequipa.

During this tour we will show you all its charms of the main streets and colonial buildings: the main square, the cathedral, Jesuit Company Church, Santa Catalina convent – which is a city within the city – built on the XVI century and closed to the public for almost 400 years until 1970, and it’s still home of a few nuns. The tour continues to the church and square of San Francisco, we will also visit the San Camilo Market, which is considered a Historical Monumental Heritage of Public Civil Architecture of Arequipa. The current building was inaugurated in 1938 and was declared a Historical Monumental Heritage in 1987.Overnight in Arequipa.

DAY 6: AREQUIPA / COLCA CANYON (B)

Departure to Colca Valley located over 3,500 meters above the sea. On the way you will cross the Aguada Blanca and Salinas National Reserve, with the highest presence of Andean flora and fauna. The trip continues to Tojra wetlands. Later you will cross Patapampa which is a land located over 4,800 meters above the sea where you will find the “Mirador de los Andes”, a strategic point to see the cordillera Chila with great volcanoes: Mismi, Chucura, Huaracante, and far away the Ubinas, Misti, Chachani, Ampato, Sabancaya and Hualca Hualca.

DAY 7: CHIVAY / CAÑÓN DEL COLCA / PUNO (B)

DAY 8: PUNO / UROS AND TAQUILE ISLAND (B, L)

Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Puno in the morning, there will be a two hour motor boat trip on Lake Titicaca to the wonderful floating island of Uros. To those former inhabitants of that lake, they are known as the water tribe, since they have to build their own islands periodically by adding new layers of a unique species of reeds called "Totora". Their homes and their boats are made of the same material. We continue our motorboat tour through Taquile Island, inhabited by native Quechua speakers, who have developed an efficient and unique social system, a barter system, carried out through generations. It is necessary to climb a ladder of more than 567 steps to reach the center of Taquile, where we will take a break to have lunch in a typical inn. DAY 9: PUNO / CUSCO – TOURIST STOPS (B, L)

LA RAYA: Middle point on the route Cusco - Puno is the highest part of the whole route, is located at a height of 4335 m.s.n.m. In this place we will be able to appreciate beautiful snow-capped mountains, beautiful inter-Andean landscapes, the birth of the Amazon River, llamas, alpacas and vicuñas. This point also represents the geographic union between two cultures Aymará and the Quechua culture.

Archaeological Complex of RAQCHI: 117 km from the city of Cusco. Raqchi (3485 masl) is a small town of farmers and potters in which a group of families has adapted their homes to receive the tourists in a new experiential tourism program. It dates from the XV century and is considered by the chroniclers as one of the most daring Inca constructions. It emphasizes the Temple of Wiracocha. The complex also includes an area of housing destined to the Inca nobility and dozens of circular deposits for the storage of provisions.

DAY 10: CUSCO – WALKING CITY TOUR (B)

Breakfast, then we will start our tour of the Historic Center of the Inca Empire. DAY 11: DÍA 11 CUSCO / RAINBOW MOUNTAIN (B, L)

DAY 12: CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY (B, L)

Afterwards, you will get to Ollantaytambo, one of the most monumental architectural complexes of the ancient Inca Empire, one of the few places where the spanish conquerors lost a major battle. Very well known for its “andenes” (terraces dug into the slopes of mountains for agricultural purposes), Ollantaytambo was a highly effective fortress, also served as a temple. Then, you continue Ollantaytambo, “the unique living Inca town”: the best surviving example of Inca city planning, with narrow cobblestone streets that have been continuously inhabited since the 13th century.

DAY 13: CUSCO / TOUR TO MACHU PICCHU (B, L)

After breakfast, we pick you up from your hotel to leave for the train station heading for the town of Aguas Calientes, upon arrival we go to the bus station, to ascend 400 meters high, on a zigzagging road, for 20 minutes, until we reach the incredible world wonder "The Sanctuary of Machu Picchu", known as "The Lost City of the Incas". Upon arrival at the citadel of Machu Picchu we will visit the main square, the circular tower, the sacred solar clock, the royal rooms, the temple of the three windows and the cemeteries.

DAY 14: CUSCO - DAY OFF MARAS MORAY Y SALINERAS (B)

TARIFAS 

Todas las tarifas se expresan en dólares americanos y están sujetas a cambio sin previo aviso. La tarifa es por persona, sobre una base de ocupación doble, a menos que se especifique diferentes condiciones.  

ITINERARIO   

Los Itinerarios se planean con gran cuidado aunque, por razones operacionales, puede ser necesario cambiar el orden de actividades en el itinerario, o la ruta especificada, y si bien tales casos puedan ser raros, el itinerario en general sólo debe asumirse como una guía básica.  

PASAJES AÉREOS:  

Los precios de los pasajes están sujetos a disponibilidad y a cambio sin previo aviso hasta que hayan sido emitidos. Los horarios, números de vuelos y días de operación están sujetos a cambio hasta la fecha de viaje por parte de la aerolínea.  

Las tarifas que se compran siempre son las más económicas, por lo que estas no son reembolsables y no permiten cambio de fecha ó destino.

RESERVAS DE HOTELES QUE NO FORMEN PARTE DE UN TOUR ORGANIZADO  Anulaciones y Reembolsos:

Si una anulación se recibe hasta e incluyendo los 48 días antes de la fecha de llegada a América del Sur, el depósito del viaje será reembolsable íntegramente menos gastos administrativos 15% del valor del programa de viaje 

(a excepción de tickets aéreos en caso los tuviera, o ingresos especiales a Machu Picchu y tickets de tren cualquiera sea su ruta).   

Ciertos Hoteles tienen políticas más rigurosas de cancelación por lo que deberá guiarse de las políticas específicas que se le indiquen.   

NOTA: Ciertos proveedores tienen políticas más rigurosas de cancelación referente a grupos. Por lo tanto, en las reservaciones de grupo que excedan los 10 pasajeros, los proveedores se reservan el derecho de imponer una penalidad del 25% hasta 90 días antes de la fecha del viaje, y el 100% de penalidad por anulación hasta 48 días antes de la fecha de viaje.   

Durante el período de temporada alta, nuestra compañía se reserva el derecho de alterar las políticas de anulación si nuestros proveedores aplican diversas penalidades a aquellas enumeradas más arriba. (Siendo informado previamente el cliente de los periodos de temporada alta en las  que las condiciones de anulación  son diferentes)

En todos los arreglos de viaje ANDINA TRAVEL CLUB actúa por cuenta y orden de nuestros clientes, organizando en su nombre los medios de transporte, alojamiento u otros servicios turísticos requeridos, por lo cual no asumimos la responsabilidad en caso de accidentes, pérdidas, demoras o interferencias con el tour por razones de fuerza mayor u otros acontecimientos que no involucran nuestra responsabilidad, especialmente con respecto a programas y horarios. 

IMPORTANTE

Nuestra Empresa no se hace responsable por enfermedades, estado de gravidez o impedimentos físicos o mentales, que puedan poner en peligro la salud o la integridad del pasajero o terceros durante el desenvolvimiento del tour contratado o que implique limitación o impedimento para la prestación de nuestros servicios turísticos. Por tanto, la Empresa NO reconocerá reclamo o devolución alguna por los conceptos arriba mencionados, incluyendo los casos donde en condiciones normales no se manifiestan problema alguno. 

Así, solicitamos se nos informe previa a la contratación de nuestros servicios la existencia de alguna limitación de esta naturaleza, de modo de recomendar servicios específicos que contemplen los impedimentos existentes.  

Todos los pasajeros de países extranjeros deberán llevar obligatoriamente un seguro de asistencia médica en el Perú, el cual debe ser contratado en su país de origen. 

El envío de la transferencia es la aceptación de los términos y condiciones mencionadas.
